RETURNS & SHIPPING

TEASday is committed to providing only the highest quality products. Your experience is important to us. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date.

RETURNING TEA
We are available to answer any questions you have regarding our tea and will do our best to resolve any problems with your order; contact us by email or telephone during business hours. However, once purchased, we do not accept returns of tea nor will we provide refunds for tea, unopened or otherwise.

RETURNING CERAMICS, TEAWARE & OTHER ITEMS
If you are not satisfied with a non-tea item, we will accept a return and issue a refund if you contact us promptly. To qualify for a refund, please contact us for a return authorization within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to provide refunds for returned items that have been misused, altered, or otherwise damaged. Refunds are credited via the original form of payment and are based on the purchase price, less shipping, with payment made once we receive the merchandise. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items returned without a return authorization and/or after our 7-day grace period may incur a 50% restocking fee.

SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

You will receive free shipping on all orders over $75. (Surcharges and fees applied for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii still apply.) Free shipping is via USPS Priority or First-Class Mail (approximately 1–5 days). Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we will make every effort to pack and ship your package quickly, there may be unforeseen delays during shipping. Taxes, shipping, and other charges do not apply to the minimum-purchase requirement. Free shipping is available only on orders shipped to one address.

P.O. BOXES & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
Shipping to post office boxes is not available. Shipping to APO/FPO and international addresses can be arranged as special orders if you inquire via email. Extra charges may apply.
Please note that TEAsday is not responsible for damage to or loss of merchandise in transit. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
